What do you identify as to the herbs/spices seen within this recipe?

looks like:
Black Pepper, Red Peppers, Cardamom, Garlic Flakes, Possible Green Pepper instead of Cardamom.
the video is hard to see but the ground spices in the flour show more items then the Pepper spices
