Since the Colonel's recipe seems to share a lot of spices with American breakfast sausage, did the Colonel himself ever market a Breakfast Sausage or publish a breakfast sausage recipe?

CHS was what many could have been called a Master Butcher and could cut Chicken faster then any Butcher. He made better Steak then anyone could have believed but the steak prices were obviously more then the Chicken BUT he Hand Cut Steak and his steaks were Better then any Steak House. When he was in Canada he often cooked at many peoples houses and because Alberta Beef was some of the worlds best he Cooked the steaks which were OUT of this WORLD.
Many of the Original KFC that started using the Colonels chicken were hamburger stands and CHS showed them how to make handmade Hamburger patties. Some of the Best burgers in areas.
When KFC had the Beef Ribs and Pork Ribs they were a SHOW STOPPER and Crazy Great Pressure cooked.
If you remember CHS Sold more Country Fried Ham more then Chicken in the early days and had to drive Hundreds of miles to Buy enough ham for the Café.
CHS also wash partnered in a Fish and Chip company for years
CHS Did make sausage while he was running other locations which he managed for others.
It is where he made sausage and gravy with biscuit's. He did say on many times that the spices Butchers used were Great. He referenced some items many times. When CHS drove from Kentucky to Alberta. He brought some spices tins with himself to compare to what was available in Alberta.
BUT CHS said his 11 Herbs and Spices were for ALL MEATS even fish
Remember CHS sold Brown and Massey his BBQ Franchise concept before they bought the Chicken Franchise
YES CHS had a sausage recipe as it being published I Do Not think it was published.
