Mace/Nutmeg Cumin / Coriander Vegetable Flakes with Garlic and Onion Sage / Savory Herb Blend / Italian Seasoning Red Pepper and Cayenne Blend or a Ketchup / Catchup Spice Nice! But if forced to narrow this down to five, which of each pair would you choose? My choices from among your list would be: ----------------------------------------------- Mace Coriander Sage Italian Seasoning Red Pepper and Cayenne Blend (such as Chili Powder) So my entire 5 herbs/spices coating mix would then (as a first ballpark guess) be something like this: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 200 g. Cake Flour 25.4g. Salt 3.50g. MSG 3.13g. White Pepper 2.00g. Black Pepper (half fine and half coarse ground) 0.70g. Chili Powder 0.65g. Sage 0.55g. Coriander 0.40g. Italian Seasoning 0.20g. Mace |

The spice looks great NOW triple the spice amount so your at around 35 to 40 Gram spice to 200 Flour LBS Flour a 16.5% H&S to Flour
I know its to low and I have only cooked thousands of LBS of Chicken.
Add the H&S to the Salt the Day before so the salt gets the H&S flavor from the Oils also.

The Price for the Product is Not that Bad its the shipping and handling charges that Drive the Price through the roof?
They also want to ship out 2 Containers at a time.
The last time I had someone pick purchase the item direct and shipped it out. It saved Cash.
They are very good with there shipping but it takes a price of a container from $38.00 each container x 2 = $76.00 and a $30.00 shipping charge for 2 container.
a $53.00 Each with shipping and handling to Canada as a example.
I purchased cases and had it hauled to Canada Cheaper with private shipping.
Its worse with Grace Blend Product which is mixed with Flour, and expensive to ship. The extra weight of flour is a Huge price for shipment compared to Just spice from Marion Kay.

When things clear up border wise and I get an opportunity to go to the US. I will pre-order from MK and have it shipped to wherever I will be staying. I have done that before with items. And the best part is if you stay in the US long enough. You can bring back $800 worth of items through customs.

It is expensive to get it shipped to Canada.
I had a Bag delivered to Canada, and Cut the Cost of shipping went someone Flying to Canada Brough the Bag with them on there Trip.
It was the Reason why CHS only Mixed the Herbs and Spices and originally Had Franchises buy there Flour from Local suppliers.
