These are 2021 Current Amounts of Flour to Spices and Salt used in Canada
it is also confirmed in the Unwrapped KFC Video if you watch the video
This is KFC NEW AGE CORPORATE amounts BUT can be used to figure out % of items and then compare to 1939's amounts
5kg 11 Lbs. Flour
1kg 2.2 Lbs. Seasoning 11 Herbs and Spices
159g Milk and Egg Powder
13.2 Lbs. Total plus 159 g Milk / Egg Powder
5 / 1 Ratio Flour / Seasoning or 20%
Smaller Locations use this mix which is obviously to save the amount of waist BUT ones can see how they cut corners even further between 2 sizes of restaurants
8kg Flour 17.6 Lbs. Flour
1.5kg 3.3 Lbs. Seasoning 11 Herbs and Spices
1.5kg 3.3 Salt Box
200 G Milk and Egg Powder
21 Lbs. plus 200g milk / Egg powder
5.3 / 1 Ratio Flour to Seasoning .18%
Approximately
21 Lbs. of Seasoned Flour can coat 224 pieces of chicken
or
10 pieces of chicken per Lbs. of Flour Seasoning used on an average

A picture I've seen of an herbs & spice bag (MSG, 'partial' salt, + Herbs & spices) which I believe was from Australia had printed upon it '740 grams'.
740/28.35 = 26.10 ounces

Interestingly enough, flavor enhancer 621 (or E621) is plain old MSG, and not IMP/IMG infused MSG.

It appears from the instructions that the 4 combined bags/boxes (containers) that make up the coating are individually:
1) Flour 2) Salt 3) Dried Milk and Egg mix 4) Herb/Spice, salt (partial), and MSG mix

The density of wheat flour is given as 0.593 grams per cubic centimeter.
Any guess as to the Kg. or Pounds for the flour bag the Chef is seen pouring into the Lug in the above video? It seems rather large indeed vs. a 5 Lb. retail bag.
~11.3 Kg, or 25 Lbs. perhaps?

If we could guess at the dimensions of the bag in centimeters, we could calculate a guessed weight from it.
1 Kg. = 2.20462 Lbs.

Call me crazy, but there does appear to be a hint of red present within the mix being poured into the Lug. Within the 'Glen and Friends' video series on KFC Glen states that he never once noticed any hint of red in the mix while he was present on the set during the filming of multiple KFC commercials.
Pink Peppercorns?
