The Biggest thing being tossed around lately in my text messages I get is what volume of spice total to mix with 2 cups of flour.
So what I suggest is a Set volume for 2 Cups of Flour being. This is what many used as a standard in the 1940's
Flour, all-purpose (wheat) 120 g Flour, well-sifted all-purpose (wheat) 110 g
so for Common Even Playing Ground 240g should be used as a common amount for similar trial and error experimental use.
I Do Not suggest breakdown of each spice at this time just a simple answer of HOW MUCH SPICE in Grams (11 Herbs and Spices)
EXAMPLE PURPOSE NUMBERS:
240g Flour 70g Herbs & Spices 30% Spice to Flour Ratio
