Bread Stuffing fresh or dried
2 Loaves of bread
2 white onion, minced size of onions your choice
5 stacks of celery
¼ cup shredded carrot (optional)
Fresh dill (optional)
2 cobs fresh corn or can of either kernel corn or cream corn (optional)
1 cup butter (divided use)
1 cup to 1 1/2 chicken broth or beef stock
1 teaspoon sage, fresh
¾ teaspoon savory
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon Ground Garlic
Poultry seasoning can substitute some of the items if your brand has the ingredients.
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Pre cook onions, celery, carrot in ½ cup butter. Once they are softer add corn to the pan and heat with liquid. Add the bread to the heated pan and mix. While adding the other items in.
Bake covered in the Oven until cooked. 350 for 30 minutes time is always left to your stove and how moist the bread was when you stared.
It does depend on if you used cream corn or cob corn, how moist it will be
This stuffing has a taste that is so flavorful we have to make extra trays. If some people don’t like some items just leave the optional ones out or change what you want.
Its a guarantee that it will all be eaten. Every Family event everyone asks are you bringing the stuffing.

I'm going to add a bit of Summer Savory to my next go at stuffing. I've also been considering making homemade 'Poultry Seasoning', and I've tentatively devised this recipe for it. Comments and advice welcome for the Poultry Seasoning recipe:
Poultry Seasoning (Tentative) ----------------------------- 2-1/2 Tsp Sage 1-1/2 Tsp Thyme 1 TSP Marjoram 1/2 TSP Coriander 1/2 TSP Savory 1/4 TSP White Pepper 1/4 TSP Allspice 1/4 TSP Rosemary 1/4 TSP Celery Seeds
Grind in spice or coffee grinder.

I noticed you use no egg. I like to add egg for more cohesiveness. 3 eggs added to the stock and melted butter for a 2” hotel pan.

There are many people who use a Packaged chicken noodle soup Package to get cohesiveness from the noodles and flavor from the Chicken stock in the package they just soak the Soup mix in some NOT water to soften the noodles and dilute the stock
