Maybe I should make my own blend using the 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 and put that head to head with Allspice.

I just discovered that "Chili Powder" has garlic in it. It also has Cumin. And salt.
If Chili Powder is one of the items found within the 26 ounce (740 gram) bag, that could be where the 26 ounce bags salt and garlic are coming from.
And for those who detect Cumin, this could again be the reason for it.
Chili Powder is a means whereby to add one spice and bring along 3 or 4 others with it. If used, and considered one spice, then there could easily be more than 11 overall.

Terminology can be very confusing at times. crazy

Melding for Monday night's dinner:
For 200g of Flour and 24g of Salt
3g MSG 3g White Pepper 2g Black Pepper (fine, course 50/50) 1.3g Salt 0.5g Garlic Powder 0.5g Allspice 0.5g Coriander 0.5g Ginger 0.35g Rubbed Thyme 0.35g Sage 0.35g Chili Powder 0.25g Summer Savory 0.25g Onion Powder 0.15g Marjoram
First time using Chili Powder - I had a new McCormick's bottle. Went with only Allspice to see if it tastes like it's missing something or unbalanced. Also after typing it out in the order of weight. I noticed they line up pretty well with the list from the video Glen posted not that it matters. And that list was missing ingredients like garlic and a form of red pepper at minimum.

It checks all the right boxes, sums to 13 grams, and should be delicious. Be sure to follow up so we all know how it turned out.

Keep the Millions viewing updated
My Person view is the Grams are too Low for the Flour ratio
a 13 Gram Spice Ratio works out to a 6% value in the flour unless my math is off.
New Age KFC Corporation runs a 5:1 to 6:1 Ratio of spice to Flour on a low
40 Grans spice to 200 Gram Flour
3 Lbs. Spice Bag to 18 LBS Flour Bag
it will be easy to experiment with a small batch test if it's perfect then cook more if it needs altering then there are more pieces to test.
Please let us know how it goes I always love other comments and experiences others have
your spice look great and will have a note it has key items that are great

please compare this recipe which Glen said was the BEST Chicken he has ever had and was going to use it as his GO TO chicken prior to the Grace Blend Mix was introduced. Glen Mentions that this recipe has LOTS of Spice compared to other recipes BUT I look not only at his review Jewels also commented it was Unreal chicken.
Do NOT concentrate on the Ingredients and get HUNG up on Vanilla Bean LOOK AT THE SPICE VOLUME
THE BEST
Ingredients: 102g (12 Tbsp / 36 tsp) white pepper 66g (9 Tbsp +1 tsp / 28 tsp) black pepper 18g (4 Tbsp / 12 tsp) ground sage 5g (2 tsp) ground coriander 18g (2 Tbsp / 6 tsp) ground ginger 11g (4 tsp) of cayenne 5g (2 tsp) vanilla bean powder 5g (1 Tbsp / 3 tsp) ground bay leaf 5g (1 Tbsp / 3 tsp) ground savory 2g (1 tsp) ground clove 4g (2 tsp) ground cardamom seeds 19g (4 tsp) msg
480g (24 Tbsp / 72 tsp) salt
Method: Place all ingredients except salt in a spice grinder; grind and shake to combine. Transfer to a sealable container, add the salt and shake to combine. Preheat pressure fryer to 165ºC.
Mix together 48g spice to 100g flour.
Prepare an egg wash of 1 egg to 1 cup of milk. Dip chicken in egg wash, then dredge in flour spice mix. Deep fry until golden brown and cooked through.
JUST a COMPARISON for you and IF you compare Volume the Claudia Recipe used its a higher Volume of Spice
ONLY my Views on spice amount BUT I have said the spice was ALWAYS a heavier amount to get Flavor and Note
