I think everyone should try cooking this recipe at least once, and report back as to how it came out:

Principally it may work for you ?
I will NOT BE cooking any further recipes which the 11 Spice and herbs ingredients Do not add to a 100% or 99X % amount.
There are NO spice companies which combine spices that Do Not use the 100% basic principle for combining spices and herbs and C.H.S. was clear about that when HE gave the recipe to Winston S.
100lbs, 100g, 100oz, 100kg its all a 100% in the end
100g is equal to the average Small size Spice or Herb Bottle at any grocery store as most only have 70g or 85g in a small bottle or Bag
which is typically 20% more then one requires for mixing any 2 Cup Flour or 3 cup flour recipe with some left over ?
Just My way of doing thing which falls in line with the world standard of spice making (Ken loves using a 100Lbs thing BUT its 100% any one can 1/2 1/4/ and divide that 100% easily)

deepfriednew101, do you realize that any and all recipes must factually sum to 100%?

If you multiply every listed ingredients grams in my "Gotta Cook This One" recipe as seen 4 posts above by exactly 6.25, the below the dashed line sum is magically transitioned to 100 grams. But why should that matter?
