I'm NOT suggesting it BUT Bill S of Marion Kay Did suggest that to CHS. Bill sad that CHS would have USED the Better ingredients Originally.
Caraway over Coriander Yes Fennel Seed Over Anise Seed, Celery Seed, and even Cumin ?
NOW when I make this comment There are different Brands of Caraway and Fennel Which are just Low Quality and are worse then the Other item Coriander, Anise, Celery Seed and Cumin.
Fennel has More Flavor profiles then others BUT some people Like other Ingredients more.
I have said Many times that Coriander was a MORE difficult item to obtain in the 1930's BUT sky rocketed Like Nutmeg over Mace in the same time periods

I have wavered between caraway seeds and coriander. In my observations, only vial J could contain one of these two. I can see red coriander, but I'm not sure about caraway. I put caraway in many of my home-baked breads. I have not excluded caraway, but as I view the vials, I can not place it in the vials. I intend to prove one way or another whether the vials are legit. With my system, it is easy to mix and match without greatly altering the use of the other ingredients.

Aside from whether or not Caraway Seed is to be found within the Vials, when it comes down to taste, how does it compare against Coriander in your KFC cloning effort recipes?

I knew straight away upon trying caraway seed that it is without a doubt in the 11 h/s. Idk how anyone could favour coriander over caraway, because personally i've never found coriander to work that great or really do anything. I made a major positive breakthrough in note/flavor improvement when I cranked up Coriander to about twice what I had previously been adding of it. Perhaps Caraway doesn't need to be added at such a high level (weight-wise) as for Coriander. ?

I use just a tad less than 1/4tsp and i think that is even too much. I haven't used coriander in quite a while now, i've only been using caraway since it worked so well for me, but before i completely disregard coriander i will have to make one last recipe with it. I had my sister smell coriander seed and she said it smells like "shampoo" I never told her that coriander is known for a soapy taste and she doesn't even know that herself, so was interesting to hear. For me tho, coriander smells like sour citrus and like it would work very well but it just doesn't for me. Nowhere near as good as caraway works for me.

Cutting out coriander is blasphemy to the 99X affectionados.

Cutting out coriander is blasphemy to the 99X affectionados. If 99-X was claimed to be a 100% dead ringer knock-off I'd be in full agreement, but I've never heard or seen any mention of 99-X being that good.
