My current thoughts are generally along these lines: ----------------------------------------------------------
Flour mix (flour, cornstarch, baking powder) 80% Salt 12.50% MSG 4% White and black pepper 2% Other H&S (including red pepper(s), if any) 1.5%
What are your thoughts?

For 200 grams of flour this becomes:
200 grams flour mix 31.25 grams salt 10 grams MSG 5 grams White and Black Peppers 3.75 grams Other H&S, including red pepper(s)
250 grams total

That might work for 99X at a 6% value of spice to flour ratio BUT anyone who has used 99x all said it was to weak also?
The 8.75 / 200 = = .04 % spice to Flour way to Low in my cooking class
I would think you should be at a minimum of 15grams of spice per 100grams of flour and even more herb and Spice
simple rule of thumb is use 100 Grams of flour and use % for everything else
make it as simple as can be to work out your ratios.
or
1 cup of Flour 1/4 Cup of Salt 1/8 Cup of Herb and Spice
1 Cup of Flour 1/4 Cup of Spice and Herb 1/8 Cup of Salt
Calculate your Salt and MSG to the Flour Weight with NO Spice weight in the addition
