I was asked off-line about a chicken season which is simple to add to and the answer is yes
McCormick Chicken Fry Mix.
Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) salt, Spices (Including White Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper) and autolyzed yeast extract.
this already has a premix of simple seasoning and the yeast all measured
The problem is typically sold in 50 or 100LBS barrels
I have 100LBS of it and its a not bad product easy to use.
