The Calvin King Stolen KFC Ingredients List has been around for 6 Years and surfaced I think in 2015 time period
Ex employee who got a KFC Mix List that only contained 10 Items not 11 items, There was a Mix with Lemon Pepper KFC used and it was for a Grille Chicken Original Recipe. This Recipe also comes close to the KFC Fries Seasoning
"Since KFC fired me today, the 11 herbs and spices are:
salt, pepper, basil, parsley, chili powder, lemon pepper, thyme, sage, onion powder, and garlic powder."
Upon Looking at this list there is lots of Item's that Do and have been proven to be in the OR.
Salt, Pepper No Argument they are in the OR
Onion, Garlic Powder No Argument they have been listed in To many KFC Ingredients and are Common Items in Chicken Dishes forever.
Chili Powder some say it's NOT in the OR, I will and have maintained its Tone's Chili Powder that was used in the OR.
Basil, Thyme, Parsley ALL 3 are common Staples in Chicken Dishes
Lemon Pepper Was used BY KFC as a Pepper additive in some countries which DID NOT want Onion and Garlic Powder Listed
List Of Ingredients from Tone's Lemon Pepper
Ingredients
Salt, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Sugar, Yellow 5 Lake, Lemon Oil, Natural Flavor, less than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.

deepfriednew101, do you have weights assigned to these and balanced to 200g. of flour, plus a salt weight?

Too bad I don't have time tonight or I would estimate the weight of all ingredients.
Lemon Pepper - Is the stand out to me in this one. I wonder if this came out and say 3 tsp of Coriander was in it's place.

In other countries there were substitutions made yes and Coriander is a critical item in the KFC
KFC did swap Coriander and Cumin often
BUT as many know some countries KFC taste way different then other countries and it is those places where a critical item has been swapped or removed

The more I look at the above recipe. The more I like the MSG, SALT and Pepper amounts. If you consider you are using 1/2 the volume of ingredients in the marinade and flour. You are left with half (50%) going into the flour. I think it would convert roughly to:
30g - fine ground salt 8g - MSG 5.25g - Combined Black Pepper 2.4g - White Pepper
Very reasonable numbers. I am going to take a couple of the recipes I have been working with and substitute the above weights
