There has been question regarding Season Salt or commercial flavored salts.
YOU can use Garlic, Onion, Celery SALTS they are ALL fine to use and may be easier to find.
My question is it is easier to make your OWN and WAY cheaper SALT is a carrier of AROMA and FLAVOR.
make your own with dried GARLIC, ONION, CELERY powder just mic either of the powders 30% to a 70% salt and store it in a air tight Jar keep shaking it even leave it in the sun light in a Glass Jar the heat will open the OILS of the spice and absorb into the salt. for anti clumping add some corn starch.
MY suggestion is this USE the PURE spices NOT a blends garlic powder onion powder or celery Salt you possibly DO NOT what percentage of salt they add to there mix and then you are fighting a OVER salted situation
YOU can accurately measure the Spices and Herbs trying to get a taste profile. Don't confuse your taste with the extra mixed salts. It can work but more challenge with salt is all I say. I have tried many season salts.
I Do use a commercial season salt like Lawry's which has almost all you need in a blend
