Does KFC original recipe coating as it exists 'presently' have garlic in it? I seem to recall reading somewhere that if garlic is an ingredient it must be openly stated.

NOTE:
Garlic and Onion help with the Aroma and NOTE for the KFC
I use FRESH garlic Paste, and Fresh Chopped onion, Fresh chopped celery plus peppercorns in BRINE

After @eastfrisian inspired me to add Garlic Powder, it finally dawned upon me that the flavor which arises via the addition of a good load of MSG sort of reminds me of the flavor of Garlic.

I was just wondering, did anyone ever pay attention to the items on the shelf in the kitchen of that corbin museum? I couldn't find any post here. It is truly amazing that all spice tins I can identify so far are ingredients I consider to be definitively in the OR!
GARLIC POWDER
CLOVES
MARJORAM
CAYENNE
PEPPER
THYME

The Museum has changed 3 times and the Tins have done some changes. this is just 1 photo but others years show different spice Tins  |

It would not surprise me if the Garlic (as found within the 26 ounce bag) is an extract, and it may not be the only one.
