Allspice is actually a single ingredient spice, but (supposedly, as I have not actually tried this) this substitution should get you close:
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg 1/2 TSP Ground Clove 1 Pinch of Ground Red Cayenne Pepper (1/16 TSP)

Many other sources say to simply substitute (by weight) 33.33% Cinnamon, 33.33% Nutmeg, and 33.33% Clove for 100% Allspice.
So to make up 3 grams of ground Allspice substitute, simply combine and mix 1 gram each of ground Cinnamon, ground Nutmeg, and ground Clove.
I now tend to accept this substitution relationship as superior to the earlier one seen in the post immediately above this one.

An interesting and yet simple experiment would be to make the same recipe twice, with one using real ground Allspice, and the other using the Allspice clone seen above, and compare each to determine which better expresses the flavor and note of KFC_OR. (KFC Original Recipe)
Edit: Don't worry about losing out on Eugenol oil via making the substitution. The substitute will actually deliver more Eugenol oil than will the real thing.
If balancing the Eugenol of the substitute to that of real Allspice is fully desired, then the substitute should be (by weight): 20% Clove 40% Cinnamon 40% Nutmeg

My best recipe (to date) used 0.65 grams of real Allspice in 200 grams of flour. The 20%,40%,40% substitution would break this down as follows:
0.65 x 0.20 = 0.13 grams of Clove 0.65 x 0.40 = 0.26 grams of Cinnamon 0.65 x 0.40 = 0.26 grams of Nutmeg

New speculation as to the making of a respectable Allspice clone:
75 grams of Allspice (~2.64 ounces) ~= ------------------------------------------------- 20 grams Nutmeg 20 grams Mace 20 grams Cinnamon 15 grams Clove
The Mace provides for the Peppery background of Allspice. The Clove provides for a nominally perfect Eugenol match to Allspice.

For the strongest flavor, buy whole-berry allspice and grind small quantities with a mortar and pestle or in a food processor or Spice Mill as needed. When you use Allspice in a Recipe WAY better then the Pre-Powdered ingredient.
YES Making the ABOVE recipe will also work and Mace/Nutmeg combination much better then Nutmeg alone.
I would suggest whole cinnamon stick, whole clove, and whole Nutmeg Mace NOT pre-powdered item.
Grind the items FROM a Whole State your Recipe Flavor will be 25 to 35% better then using pre-powdered Mixed Spices or Herbs.
