I got asked the other day do I only pressure cook Chicken
The answer is NO, if you want amazing Pork or beef Ribs brine the Beef or Pork Rib pieces, then put them into the seasoned flour and dip them into a egg warsh and pressure cook them. When they are done. Wrap then over with saran plastic wrap and then aluminum foil and rest them for 30 Minutes. I usually take ¼ of the batch and nibble them while the others rest.
I also Pressure Fry Tuff Steak Pieces, and Pork Pieces. You can use a cheap steak for Steak Bits and Pork pieces for Crispy Pork
The other thing I Pressure Cook in Oil is Hamburger Patties Like Dyer's Burger in Memphis; TN is famous for deep-frying their patties. (Dyer’s ONLY Deep Fry’s there Burgers) Yes, I pressure deep fry the burgers at 300 deg. For only 5 minutes total. USE higher than normal Fat content Beef Patty’s Should be a 75/ 25 blend. The oil does not soak in as much when pressure cooked with a high fat content. The Beef seasons the Oil also. You can also do Meatballs
I make a homemade BBQ sauce which you bring to a HOT temperature and then you dip the Hamburgers into HEATED BBQ sauce. Many Times, I will just Dry Rub the Beef or Pork pieces with seasoning and Deep Pressure Fry Them Pour the Heated BBQ sauce over the Cooked Pieces and after they rest put them into the HEATED BBQ Sause
Remember this is NOT for the faint of Heart cooking in the Health department, BUT then again its about Great Food
