How much salt do KFC use? Is it more than the amount of spice mix? If you have any measurement information on flour, salt, milk and egg wash, and spice mix that Colonel used please let me know. Thanks.

Perhaps it's right around 28 grams of salt for every 200 grams of flour. I made my first stab at the recipe recently while using only 23 grams of salt in 200 grams of flour and it wasn't nearly salty enough to my taste-buds.
