Had Colonel Sanders really used MSG or was it added by KFC Corporal after Colonel sold his company in 1964? I'm confused because if you watch a video of how he cooked his chicken, you can hear that he used high quality flour blended with salt and his secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices. The only thing he hadn't mentioned is MSG. Could it be possible that KFC Corporal no longer use all the herbs and spices which is why they use MSG?

there was documents from Kentucky Fried Chicken admitting that msg has been used before it was sold and corporate owned

Yes MSG was used in the original KFC
There are 100 LBS Barrels in the KFC museum that were 100 LBS cardboard round shipping barrels that Colonel and Claudia Sanders Mixed the 11 spice & herb into.
KFC 11 Spice & Herb was Never shipped to Stores or Outside Colonel Sanders own use.
