How Much 11 herbs and Spices in the Original Recipe
The Question I have been asked Many times is how much Secret Herbs and Spice was in the Original Recipe ?
Many have Questioned the Bag size of the Corporate Bags 26,32,40 ounce Bags
One Must understand that the Original Recipe Did NOT and was NOT made with 25Lbs of flour it was made with 2-2.5 Cups of Soft wheat flour ?
The original recipe was NOT calculated using Grams and Ounces it was teaspoons and Tablespoons
The Original Recipe made enough Seasoned flour for 1 to 2 Whole chickens either 9 or 18 Pieces of Chicken Deep fried Skillet cooked

I looked at 1960s seasoning bag labeling and it instructed to add 1 pound 10 ounces of the seasoning and 2.25 lbs of salt to 25 lbs of flour

I looked at 1960s seasoning bag labeling and it instructed to add 1 pound 10 ounces of the seasoning and 2.25 lbs of salt to 25 lbs of flour If it did, there was a whopper load of extractive ladened Salt within that 26 ounce seasoning. With perhaps 22 ounces out of the 26 being Salt. And the other 4 ounces being extracts. |

There was NO salt in the Bags that Claudia sent on the Trains to the First Original Franchises.
Salt was external to the 11 Spice and Herbs
The Salt was a FINE Popcorn Salt which mixed more even with the Flour
