i know Willie has mentioned Many times that Sexton does not fit the narrative of the Original KFC, I Agree that the use of the Poultry seasoning of ANY Brand Sexton or other Does Not Fit the Profile
Sexton Had a Pork Sausage Seasoning which has many similar ingredients as the Sexton Poultry Seasoning what's more reasonable in concept is CHS took the Great combinations that were used in Both the Sexton's Seasoning and made Combinations which complimented the Chicken BUT remember CHS used the 11 Spices and Herbs on Beef also ?
Remember the Famous Words that CHS has Said:
I know'd to take certain seasonings for sausage, certain seasonings for dressings, and you could take combinations of some of those items an' get another good seasoning
"They let you season it on your plate and then that way, the seasoning doesn't permeate the whole meat or the articles you're seasoning and it's not as good
