I developed the 11 Spices & Herbs and added a extra Element for the Cumberland Lake 500 Pieces of Chicken, He was makin for Noe boat launch opening.
Do you NOT THINK C.H.S knew the Difference of Spices, Herb's, Element.?
WHY DID He not say He added another Spice or Herb

The one book maintained it was confectioner's salt that was thrown in. I always maintained it was Pepperall, which enabled him to reduce the seasoning bag weight. Stange made Pepperall, and eventually CHS shifted to Stange exclusively. This is fact.
The 1985 KFC vs. Marion Kay, case indicates that Sexton and Stange were used to mix KFC spices for over 25 years. That means that Stange could have been used by CHS since 1960, or earlier. I ate KFC in 1959. There is no evidence that Pepperall was NOT used in 1952/1953. It is logical that CHS shifted directly to the source of what really created the note, tellicherry black pepper powdered extract.
