Winston Shroud Story
While on the Mission trip: The conversation of Winston S 100g Story was revisited Many many times.
While cross referring the story with others and Speaking specifically to the 100g
The Key point was in 1939/1940 C.H.S. was NOT measuring with Grams and when Claudia mixed the spice it was with Portion Cups and Tins NOT grams
when Durkee's, and other Spice Companies like Marion kay were involved THEY would have Mixed with Grams to 100% Value plus of minus .1 to .3 Common Mixing practice
The hand written recipes from C.H.S. are all measurement from teaspoon, Tablespoon, Cups NOT Grams and or Oz.
The other part that is OFF in the Story is HOW C.H.S. missed one item in the key of 11 Spices and Herbs ( IT COULD NOT HAPPEN )
The recipe is written in a way its written for Memory reference and Flows
But a Recipe that is Written by someone else in Grams and a different Order would be easy to forget or miss the 12 ingredient NOT the 11th ingredient.
Also NOTED is Tommy S Recipe which was written around the Marion Kay Time was in Grams ?
What Home Cook measures Stuffing or Dressing in GRAMS ?
I have read the Settle Court Case many times and now while cross referencing the Winston Story and Court Case. The Court Case becomes clear why NEW AGE said what they said and also Tommy reference to a TON of GINGER.
In viewing the BBQ Recipe Hand written NONE were written in GRAMS

I have had a few private contacts say that Anthony is making different claims about the Recipe and who Blended it after 1964.
I can state this From speaking to the Spice Companies who were Mixing for C.H.S.
Brown and Massey Did NOT change the suppliers in 1964 it was years Later what they changed to the Two Companies.
Durkee's was under contract with C.H.S. and Brown and Massey finished the Contract with Durkee's who was Mixing the Spice and Herbs in a single location.
The Two Locations Came into existence when there was a Spice Shortage and Herb Shortage Due to Low amounts of Imported spices when crops were Poor Due to the Weather conditions and Drought which made Availability Low for import.
Many Spice Companies Showed Reference amounts of How much K.F.C. purchased in volume of Spices and Herbs
Bill S. Marion Kay commented that there Was NOT enough Tellicherry For K.F.C. amount require and the same time period K.F.C. New age Bulletins showed Pepper issues as a problem they were having and C.H.S. even commented that they were mixing two or three items to try and make ONE item.
Anyone with a Brain who has researched the Import volumes of Spices and Herbs in the Trade industry would clearly see when issues Peak.
Anyone with a Brain can see the difference with Hand picked Spices and Mechanical Picked Spices.
Also the Era of Stone milled Spice Milling is Difference than Metal Grinding Spices in Processing Plants TWO different things and Two different OUTCOMES.
A simple test can Show the results BUT a $100.00 Pepper Cannon and compare the Grinding to Grinding in a Electric Spice grinder APPLE to Orange outcome?

Blight in Jamaica decimated the ginger crops. Metal grinding is inferior to pestle and mortar, which is stone.
