Give it a try, straight up, and not altered as per your past habits.

We typically use a Dehydrated Garlic Flakes which we Grind into Granules or powder FYI
Find it to be Much better than a pre ground powder.
Do you want us to Pulverize it into a powder of granular.
I want to to be your recipe and will ONLY use YOUR listing as printed.

Silver should a brining / marinade be used as well? Yes, and it should be the same as for yours. Would you be so kind as to detail it here for deepfriednew101 to use?

Would you be so kind as to detail it here for deepfriednew101 to use? 3.5 cups water (non-chlorinated) 2 tsp kosher or non-iodized salt 2 tsp MSG (Ajinimoto I use) 1 tsp h&s mix with salt included (without the flour) 1 tsp table sugar Mix till dissolved Pierce holes thru skin into meat. Add chicken then refrigerate at least 6 - 24 hrs. Stir occasionally. This is a small batch mix. Its enough for 2 large thighs and 2 drums.
