Mace Blades
If you have Not tried Mace Blades vs Pre-ground Mace You truly do not know the difference with Pure Mace
The Other Day while one Travel I Picked Up Mace Blades to show everyone the Major Difference without Telling everyone the Items was mace Blades Crushed in a old mills crank style mill then mortar and pestle the Mace Blades were Placed into a Mason Jar and in a second Jar pre ground older Mace was placed into a Mason jar.
Both Jars were Handed and Passed around The majority of the testers who had cooking knowledge DID not think both items were the same and guesses Both as total different items
when They were asked to smell the Fresh Blade ground many referenced a KFC Aroma where the pre-ground had lost so much aroma and taste it was barely detectable.
A simple test was preformed with a Milk and Egg Wash on Bread (French Toast) it gives similar deep frying effect for the Milk egg Warsh
two different test were done one with the pre-ground mace and one with the Fresh ground Mace blades.
There was NOT one person who tested the side by side which indicated it was a 100% Difference not even close in taste and aroma it was so different again many doubted they were the same items MACE.

Of course I've seen many photos of everything, but I never actually saw JFK's head blown up.
