Asian KFC

Asian KFC 


I have a recipe which some of the Franchise Owners Overseas say is a Similar to KFC Asian 

It has a KFC Asian Attributes which is Not exactly the same as American or Canadian 

Do what you want with it ( It Does Have Some similarities to the Hand Written Chicken Recipe BUT not exact)


Ingredients for marinade





1 tablespoon of Each:

chicken broth powder

garlic powder

onion powder

salt



1 teaspoon of Each:

chili powder
lemon salt

ginger

paprika

pepper Black

pepper White

thyme



Liquid Dip



2 Cup milk

2 egg

1 Tbsp liquid chili





Flour to be seasoned  for dredge:

3 cups flour

3/4 cup starch

Tablespoon of Each:

chicken stock powder

garlic powder

onion powder

salt

teaspoon of Each:

celery seeds ground

chili powder

ginger

Mustard powder

Paprika
pepper Black

pepper white

Do what you want with it BUT it makes Great KFC style Chicken Wings
