I was asked in Private re a comment of the Old Southern Fried Chicken
What recipe was used ?
Chicken was Fried in the Following Seasoned Flour
1 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoon Double Fine Mustard Powder
1Tablespoon 1 teaspoon Tarragon
2 teaspoon Black Pepper
After the Chicken was Cooked many made a Southern White milk Gravy to serve with the Chicken
