Hi, guys I have tried breading with dehydrated whole eggs and dehydrated milk, but makes the bread with a sand texture. It doesn't happend when I use dehydrated egg whites, but it makes too crispy breading an a different flavour.
Any suggestion? Are you using whole eggs dehydrated? May be it is because of the brand?
