I was asked in Private this question more than one time over months
The Gravy?
The Gravy is NOT made from Cracklin's Anymore it's all from a Powder Base mixed with water and Microwaved
after microwaved You funnel it threw a Strainer / Colander Cone for smooth Gravy
It' is NOT made on a Stove Top and it is NOT a Long Process it's ALL Microwave Cooked
So are many other Items which are Heat to serve. Rice, Beans, and other easy pre-packaged item sent from Global Distributions are Microwaved.
There are a FEW Who have still Maintained the OLD Gravy Recipe with Cracklin's BUT they are Dinosaurs and K.F.C. NEW AGE Does Not Like this method.
The easy Make gravy was developed By a Canadian Lady which made the Gravy easy to Make compared to the multi step process using Cracklin's and she does NOT use milk like the Original Gravy used.
