For chains that span North America, Popeye's would be my go-to if they could only get their consistency under better control. Every time I'm ready to proclaim them to be the best they goof things up by giving me dry chicken breasts. But when they get it right, I'd bypass a KFC bucket and grab Popeye's.

cman Popeyes finally arrived here 1 year ago. We now have 2 stores in the Halifax area. I love it! I've tried many online copies, but they just don't do it. Do you have a recipe/process you would like to share? regards, cfc
