C.H.S. mixed the seasoning to Cups of flour and Portion Control measurement HE DID NOT Dump the Whole Bag into the Mega Bag of Flour Like the Internet shows NEW AGE K.F.C. doing in videos from the Past 25 Years.

I remember engaging in TEF discussions 10 years ago. Why do you think I am still looking for corroboration concerning those early seasoning bags? At this point in my research, if I don't see a photograph of one of those bags, and corroboration of someone putting the contents in so much flour, then the discussion is dead.

WHY don't people JUST try mixing Ratio's of seasoning to 10Lbs of Flour with a Moderately Higher season amount and see the Taste
NO Different than People who use 99-x and SAY they must increase the AMOUNT of 99-x to Flour to Make it Taste GREAT
How is it People ON Reviews using 99-x ALL SAY TO WEAK and the Road Scholar's on Web Forums who claim they Know so much about Frying Chicken Do Not increase they amount of 99-x and they start seeing HOW much seasoning is Needed
Willie YOU ARE the ONLY one who questioned Why Ken's Forum Tested 99-x and NOT Real K.F.C. Chicken seasoning which YOU offered to Give as a TEST

Someone on there knew that there weren't 11 ingredients in KFC and wanted to lead others away from it. I always thought they were trying to boost Marion Kay sales of 99X.
