In conversation with a group this last week
I was asked many times about the 10lbs Flour amount.
I references another point to many that C.H.S. when He went on the Road Originally to show potential Franchisers
He Took a 50kbs Lard Tin with pre-Mixed Flour and Seasoning with Salt. He Did Not Have that when He stopped at Leon Pete Harmons, as C.H.S. was Flying to Australia for a Mission to Help Stop Cursing
When He was Road Tripping to the other Places the 50lbs Tin was what He took the amount He Needed for Cooking usually 2 Chickens between 5lbs to 6lbs for testing.
I have explained to everyone that a 50lbs Lard Tin Only holds 10lbs of Flour and Seasoning it DOES NOT hold 25lbs of Flour and Seasoning..
C.H.S. told many stories some Franchise Owners Tried to add another 10lbs Bag of Flour to stretch the seasoning But that made it Bland. C.H.S. even said He took the Pressure Pots out of 3 locations that were messing with the recipe.

50lbs Tins I have Tried Pouring 10lbs, and 15lbs of Flour into 50lbs Tins and 15lbs is way to much flour 10lbs is a perfect fit with salt and season when sifted
