Looks like the vague directions to the Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine. Totally bogus. Salt being heavier than the seasoning is a given. It's pretty obvious that the secret spices are alleged to be cinnamon, clove, cardamom and either nutmeg and/or mace. This is a push to get us back on the wrong track, as it includes all of the main characters which have caused dissent throughout the years. I suppose his "guesses" are superior to ours, and they are guesses passed off as inside knowledge.
I'll reiterate. Partial information, without specifics, means nothing to me. Either it is complete, or it is illusory.

Have you watched his video? Frying chicken tenders at 350°F for 14 minutes. It's almost poetic justice, considering all the trash talk and comment deleting on YouTube. I wouldn't touch his cardboard chicken. This is an important lesson. To separate the wheat from the chaff, it's wise to take a look at the final outcome when someone claims superiority or knowledge. My "New Age" (No Paprika) Incl. Paprika, how I remember better KFC days

Do you include a hot pepper like cayenne? or just paprika? Yes, I always use Cayenne or mild Chili flakes. I was asking myself, why use it at all if it doesn't deliver any proper flavour or heat contribution in the quantities usually used. But then I found out that small amounts of Capsaicin can enhance the total flavour and salt taste intensity. There are articles and studies about this I can share. Hot pepper is also present in 99X.

Allspice isn’t a mixture of three spices it’s just one spice.

Allspice isn’t a mixture of three spices it’s just one spice. Agree, but who among us was inferring that it's a blend of three spices?

Allspice is a single item called pimento
Allspice can be made by combining 3 items (WHICH C>H.S. complained the NEW AGE WAS DOING)
