Paprika is basically, just a modified bell pepper.

There are similarity Willie. Except Sweet bell Red Pepper Flakes are more mild then some of the Peppers used in Paprika or Cayenne Pepper If there was Not such a difference they would NOT have packaged it in a separate Tin or had Tins which combined multiple items

I don't know what you would argue about. All peppers came from the Amerias, and were genetically crossed and modified by the cultures of the World. Of course each individual cultivar of pepper would be canned alone, as they have their own characteristics. Paprika evolved from sweet bell peppers.
