Ammonia Carbonate (NH4)2CO3: could it be the source of the pinkish meat and adding to the distinctive kfc aroma. It’s suppose to add a pungency and used as a leavening. DFN101, is it still on the market or has it since been discontinued for human consumption?
I’m surprised at the additions of coffee and chocolate: coffee is used in creating red-eye gravy. So why not?
Again, the mustard.. black seeds.
Were the vegetables also shown at the museum?
This exhibit buttresses my suspicion that there is indeed more than 11 spices and herbs.
