I'm cooking a thigh in about 30 minutes with this new angle. Fingers crossed. It's not going to make a massive difference, but it contributes to the original taste. I would say having all the other ingredients is more important.

nigella seed were something many said to Try in the Last decades and many tried it including Myself
Now wo be fair it was quick test back then BUT it Did Not produce a YES that's it Taste
I will Try taking the nigella seed and Mordor and pestle to crack the seed and test them
what I like doing with a single item is use it with ONLY Salt and Pepper in Flour and Make a popcorn style chickens where the Coating is more then the chicken and get a true taste or Chicken Wings Double Breaded ONLY 3 ingredients and then you get the true flavor and aroma

If you use it as a powder it will ruin the recipe and smells like diesel fuel. It does nothing for the cooking note but definitely adds alot of texture/taste. There is a reason when i first tried them on turkish bread i instantly went "that's in the recipe!!" because my brain had been subconsciously tasting them everytime i ate the O.R. Also proves i have impeccable taste buds, and i am probably right about alot of other things my taste is telling me like caraway seed for example.
