Let's Talk Seasoning Amount
The Seasoning amounts have been a Contentious Issue since the First Forums ever started.
What everyone had based the Amount on are one of two methods:
Articles where 1oz of Seasoning, was added to Flour Mix Per Lbs. based on 25 Lbs. of Flour.
Also Bag Sizes were reveled at 26oz. many places and Old photo's or old Bags which said 1Lbs 10oz. Seasoning to 25Lbs Flour and 3 3/4 Salt
One key aspect of the Old bags there were Pure Spice and Herbs little salt
Not like the New Age Extract of current.

I believe now that there are only two paths to take, extracts, or very powerful herbs and spices. There's one in particular that leaves aroma on your finger for a long time; clove. I'm looking now at vial K as either cumin or cardamom. The next lineup I'll try, with the vials in mind, is as follows, in order:
Coriander, rosemary, clove, celery seed, allspice, mustard, ginger, cumin or cardamom, sage, nutmeg, oregano.
I sit and taste my 2016 mix constantly trying to catch a hint. I get the feeling that the majority of the mix is just msg, white pepper, black pepper and ginger. If there is anything else, it has to be some sort of extract. I don't detect any chili, or herb, for that matter.
