Onion, Garlic, Celery Understanding:

Onion, Garlic, and Celery Have ALL been listed on The Global KFC Ingredient list since the 1970's 

All Three Celery, Garlic, Onion, are Vegetable and Listed as a Vegetable with the FDA and CFIA plus other world recognized Food Agencies.


All Three are items which the Food Agencies classify as Natural in nature with Celery also listed in later years as a allergen.


Garlic and Onion are listed By many companies on Food Lists as a Courtesy Listing Only. As many people have preference Taste to the Garlic, and onion more then other items 


Yes the exception is Celery which became a Listing under allergen in the 70's approximately.


 it would therefore be hard to argue that either of these items are in the 11 Herbs and Spices list ingredients


Plus the FACT that when C.H.S. used Onion, Garlic, Celery, and Parsley in cooking HE USED FRESH not Powdered items He also used Fresh Sage and Thyme. 


In his handwritten notes and Recipe there is listing of spices and seasoning BUT the recipes specify FRESH otherwise. It is His later years where Powder of Onion and garlic are listed. The difference between Fresh and Powder are LISTED. It is also Noted the Salt and Pepper were always listed in a different way when used.
