He asked Bill S. to make it Better From His experience and Knowledge PROOF that the BAG USED was 1967's Era was they were still using Rubbed and Flake Spices and Herbs NOT POWDER or heavy Extract's OTHERWISE Bill S. could NEVER have made the comment He poured the seasoning out and Started a Visual inspection and picked out certain Items IMMEDIATELY from Visual inspection YOU CANNOT DO THAT or otherwise WILLY who has a NEW AGE BAG of Older 90's spices and herbs would SAY HE see's these item in the mix which I'M CERTAIN He can NOT as it pulverized mix and also extracts injected into Salt, and Starches ( WILLIE PLEASE comment if the assessment is correct if YOUR bag is Fine ground Spices and Herbs or Otherwise --- Please accept my apology if I'm incorrect with assessment)

As for Grace's Perfect Blend they claim 12 item's in the MIX WELL 99-x has 12 item's in it's MIX NOT 11 Bill S. said He made 1 Major change to the Original and added 1 Extra Ingredient - WHICH is Speculated at Coriander.
THIS IS JUST ALL SPECULATION from 45 Years Speaking to ALL THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE not comments from Hearsay 3rd parties. When I spoke with ALL the Original People and Spent Time WITH them All, openly speaking about cooking and Watching C.H.S. Cook for 1000's people even for the Photo shoots and Photo op's HE DISPLAYED specific traits and Information which Claudia Agree or Dis agreed with, BUT she made valid points.
99-x Is a ONE of the Best representations of a 1980's ERA Mix which bill S Agree to Change which has Similar Flavor Profile Taste and traits of K.F.C. BUT you must also MIX it STRONGER then recommended to GET real flavor. WHY NO ONE has DONE THIS on Video is uncertain.
