Here's what it looks like when scaled to 200 grams of Flour:
200. g. Cake Flour 24.0 g. Salt --------------------- 6.00 g. B&W Pepper (1) 4.00 g. Celery Salt (2) 2.60 g. Garlic Salt (3) 2.00 g. MSG 1.40 g. Coriander (4) 1.00 g. Allspice (5) 0.80 g. Ginger (6) 0.60 g. Sage (7) 0.40 g. Summer Savory (8) 0.40 g. Mace (or) Nutmeg (9) 0.40 g. Cayenne Pepper (10) 0.40 g. Anise Seed (11)
20 grams below the dashed line.
Remove the Celery Salt (as was likely done circa 1970) and suddenly it weighs 16 grams, which scales to a 32 ounce bag. For this case add 3 additional grams of Salt to the 24 grams.

to much salt also kills the herbs and spices My recipes salt is not quite at the scaled level of 3.75 Lbs. in 25 Lbs. of flour. Since you claim to have been buddy buddy with him, did you tell CHS directly to his face that his 3.75 to 4 Lbs. of Salt was ruining his recipe? You are both a fool and a clown. Albeit one that can't do basic math...

Hey Silver Fool and Clown
How is it KEN Did this MATH salt compared to old 3Lbs Bags of Salt
Salt Bag 3lbs (48oz) (1360.776g) - (I have a photo of this bag) (Possibly used with both the KFC 26oz and 40oz Seasoning Bag) 48oz (1360.776g) bag divided by 75.5987283* (for 150g flour) = 18g Salt Per Batch (- that's 3 teaspoons)
150g flour = 18g = 3 teaspoons Salt Per Batch
YOU ARE SO SMART GO ARGUE WITH KEN

Note carefully (if you can) that in my recipe above that 24 grams of salt in 200 grams of flour scales precisely to 3 Lbs. of salt in 25 Lbs. of flour.

I was searching the internet for information on the 11 Hs&Ss. I read the stories that we all know, but one in particular stood out. It was Winston Shelton who commented that Tellicherry black pepper was in the OR. The arguments lately have been that the "magic 11" are flavorings above and beyond the staple ingredients, such as pepper, garlic, onion, etc. If that is so, then these questions beg to be answered. If Shelton was given THE 11 ingredients that made the OR, does his mention of Tellicherry pepper mean that it is in the OR, and in or out of the 11 vials? Then it begs the questions "were all of the ingredients in the 11 given to Shelton? This is a game changer. Or, did Shelton know all of the ingredients in, or out of the magic 11?

There has Been question of that for a long time and argument
WHAT DID Shelton SAY ?
In some TV interview He mentioned Tellicherry was in the Recipe ? Now other Claimed He made reference it was part of the 11 Herbs and Spices.
When I had time with Winston S He only referenced the Tellicherry as in the Recipe. The conversation was more focused on His equipment and the Staff also helped work on the Recipe for NEW AGE in the 70's on instruction from NEW AGE and the recipe was Mixed to a 100% equation. I referenced the high use of Jamaican Ginger.
If you think He was willing to Give the Recipe out LMAO BUT He Did reference some items in General terms.
The Equipment was His Story and How C.H.S. funded the making of the equipment.

C.H.S. Gave the Recipe to the Originating Members of the Canadian Charity.
This has been Confirmed BY ALL originating Families.
Leon Pete Harmon Got it when C.H.S. mixed the recipe before He went to the Mission in Australia.
Pat from Pat's Fried Chicken Also Got it.
Brown and Massey BOTH had a Copy. Brown Had C.H.S. re-write the ONE NEW AGE has in the Filing Cabinet as BROWN would NOT give up the Original and asked C.H.S. to write a extra copy for the sale to RJ Remolds
Winston S was Given a Copy.
Bill S. Recreated the Mix from a sample C.H.S. Gave Him BUT Bill S. also added a 12th ingredient FOR THE Marion KAY CHICKEN Seasoning which is NOT 99x.
Durkee's have a Copy
Sextons Have a Copy
McCormick Have a Copy
Griffin labs have a copy
Lee Cuming's famous fried chicken Has a Copy
Personally I know of the 7 copies in Canada. NOT including the Copy in my possession which is C.H.S. verified hand writing
NEW AGE K.F.C. has 2 Acrylic sealed Vials set made in 1985 plus the Hand written extra copy written by C.H.S.
Brown and Massey would have the OLDEST written copies in Print.
The 8 Copies in Canada would be some of the next oldest copies and/or Next series of Oldest copies along with the Re-written copy for Rj Remolds
Bill S was after the Canadian Copies were written.
Spice Companies Have also the CHANGED NEW AGE VERSIONS.
