We know about Pat Grace and his story. But seems like there is only little information about Miss Millie's, a UK based chain that was named after the Colonel’s daughter, Mildred. The founder, Harry Latham, set up KFC in the UK and was the Managing Director of KFC in the 70s. According to their website, he was good friends with CHS. So possibly another family that have the recipe. Did anyone here ever have Chicken from Miss Millie's? missmillies.co.uk/about/

Both are listed in their allergens report.

A recipe inspired by both Miss Millie's (Mustard & Celery) and DF's insistence that the OR didn't have any Coriander, in conjunction with my Recipe #25 conclusion that Coriander and Celery Seed clash:
200. g. Pastry Flour 29.0 g. Salt ------------------------- 6.00 g. MSG 3.00 g. White Pepper [1] 3.00 g. Black Pepper (various grinds) [2] 2.00 g. Coleman's Double Fine Mustard Powder [3] 2.00 g. Sweet Basil [4] 1.00 g. Celery Seed [5] 0.75 g. Sage [6] 0.75 g. Caraway Seed [7] 0.50 g. Ginger [8] 0.50 g. Allspice [9] 0.25 g. Tabasco Powder [10] 0.25 g. Savory [11]
20 grams below the dashed line.

There are more than 11 herbs/spices in the recipe. I find it odd you constantly stick to this idea that there is strictly only 11 herbs/spices, and then count b/w pepper as two, meaning there is only room for 8 more herbs/spices. Almost like you are trying to keep others in a narrow box. Ken does the same exact thing 🤔

Ken does the same exact thing 🤔 Silver has contributed more to the forums in a week than you will in your lifetime, sharing his recipes, ideas and thoughts. Switching ingredients (like we all do) and reflecting upon his own work very honestly. I will not allow you to discredit and attack him on this. Your criticism is not constructive. Why don't you back up your claim with objective facts. I am sure neither Silver nor I will resist when confronted with the truth. But as long as it is only your subjective opinion, stop barking mate. I am really fed up with these bloody jokers here. What a waste of time. You sound like these left wing wokist people that want us to call a man a woman now. You want your ideas, opinions and fantasies to be taken at face value without any evidence, and if we don't, you start crying. What a generation.

I want ANYONE to SHOW PROOF either way that there are ONLY 11 Items and or that there are More then 11 Items in the Bags of Seasoning. There HAS NEVER BEEN A exclusive Number of ingredient EVER SET ON ANY WORLD WIDE BAG OF Original Seasoning

As lawyers often say, throw all the sh-t you can against the wall, and see what sticks. Silver is always in there digging, more so than most on this forum. But, he sometimes gets caught up in the numbers game, as most of us do. Even DF is caught up in the numbers game. I say, and I'm nobody, throw the stinking numbers out the window.
To me it is a simple game. Take a predetermined number, and try to fill it by leaving some in and leaving some out. Or, as I believe CHS did, deconstruct some favored mixes and pull out the elements you prefer. Count up the "flavor" enhancers one day and you get a certain number. That number is either actual, or it is symbolic. TCK believed it was actual. DF believes it was symbolic, as in only herbs and spices with no vegetables. I say WGAS. Line them all up after figuring out what CHS found so interesting in each element, then test them. There's not a soul on any of these forums that has not been restricted in some way by this numbers game.
