KFC NEW AGE, FDA, CFIA Reports and Correspondence

I have stated this before and will state it again, So many New Viewers can understand the way Access of Information and ATIP request work from Governments Agencies like FDA & CFIA or other Countries. In Many instance's they Can be MARKED "PROTECTED DOCUMENT" or "PRIVATE"  which carried different release to public potentials.

IF a PERSON request information from the Government, There are certain times a Person Must ask Permission to Release the Information the the PUBLIC.

The FOIP Freedom of Information of Property Access of information and ATIP request ARE DIFFERENT THEN request to Private Corporation's 


Request to the Government MUST and WILL be replied to the Party Requested under Law and Legislation. BUT request to Corporation's for Information Fall under Media Relations and General Inquiries for Question's and Answers WHICH ARE NOT  Governed Under Laws and Regulation and ONLY Policy or Procedures NOT LAW The ONLY way the corporations get in trouble is if they are BEING DESEPTIVE or Fraudulent with Replies.

The information that is released BY Private corporation are Typically Public Information unless otherwise NOTED on the Document's or NDA are signed ?

IN EITHER EVENT all Document's I have received from the Government and or Private Corporations are NOT for PUBLIC REPRINT and I ONLY pass them out in Private.


BUT information within the Documents can be written and discussed with NO issue. 

K.F.C. have disclosed that they have Printed Ingredient's List for Public Use and Viewing and suggest Viewing the web page.

K.F.C. and Government have BOTH replies there May be More then 11 Ingredient's in the Seasoning Bags Government has Stated there is NO Indication from KFC corporation indicating ONLY 11 Ingredient's

In Written Replies From Both Government and K.F.C. Corporation International They State that K.F.C. follows ALL Label Laws required ? 

I will again Suggest that People Should Send Written Request for Information from the Government and K.F.C. NEW AGE. Advising them that the reply they Give will be released to the Public and then YOU are covered to Release the replies YOU receive.
