It's all a cost of Food and Item's these days BUT Yes Beef Tallow does cost extra if you do Not commonly use it.
I could have suggest also adding some Beef Stock as a Alternative to give a little Beef Flavor to the Chicken Gravy.
it also will give a Flavor BUT Do Not over Due the amount you use.
