The repetitive "stories" is the reason I did the onion experiment. And look what reaction that got. Then later, a new thread was created and the "stories" ended up as part of it. Can't help themselves. What would be the sole purpose of revealing an a forum of amateur KFC sleuths. That you have the holy grail. A handwritten verified CHS recipe you know is the real OG OR. Then make every excuse why you can't share the contents (carbon dating or whatever). Or at minimum reveal something important that folks are "missing". Unless you plan on teasing folks and lour them down the road. Or, you plan on trying to sell it to the highest bidder. I also noticed over time a pull towards getting recipes from us. Then sharing theirs. Which contradicts having a verified recipe. First grade elementary school. I used to tell everyone my older brother was one of the Power Rangers. I used similar strategies and arguments in my defense. Pure attention seeking. Didn't go well for me for too long as even children would eventually find out I must be lying. |

Heck, I'm an amateur hand writing analyzer. Been doing it for years. Give me a sample of CHS's writing, and the recipe, and I'll tell you if they are from the same person. Willie YOU were asked FIRST to BE LEAD Council YOU turned the Offer Down ? As Lead Council You would have seen the Recipe and been the contact to the Hand Writing experts and Age verification Expert's. With your so called expertise, it would have been a cake walk and should have Jumped at the Chance when ASKED TO BE LEAD COUNCIL. BUT AGAIN YOU REFUSED THE REQUEST TO BE LEAD COUNCIL. |

As it turns out, Dutch Guy was not responding to my request to have all PM's banned. At least 6 months earlier than my request he had already posted an announcement that PM's were outright banned. It took him until the reading of my plea to have private messages banned whereby to realize that his effort to do just that at least 6 months earlier had failed due to a flaw in Proboards programming, but it did accomplish the termination of 'new' PM's well earlier (by many months) than my recent request.
And thus the frequent "Many have requested of me via PM's as to XXXXX" rant has even less credibility as to being factual.

Duh! I'm a criminal defense attorney, not a civil lawyer. Pro bono work is decided by the attorney, not by the client. But shouldn't you know that? You know everything else.

I Guess you need to Have a discussion with the American Bar Association who say what Pro Bono or the Canadian Bar association and How it can be determined?
In Criminal cases if you cannot NOT afford a lawyer one can be provided. If Many civil actions the Lawyers provide a 1 hour free. Plus there are many other associations and advocates which do not charge.
As a matter of Fact I might just Know a little about the Law? I know enough to NOT poke the KFC Bear like Tommy and Cherry S did BY asking KFC NEW AGE to verify the recipe ?

As I see it, smallgree is (and has all along been) straight up telling you he has no interest in representing you and your purported recipe. There should be no need for you to endlessly bash him over this, his choice (and not your choice), especially in public. It merely makes you appear unstable. |

It's interesting that 100's of Lawyer who have a Expertise and or Passion in a Field would NEVER turn down a opportunity of a lifetime to work on a File which would have the Interest in the field they have or passion. Especially When the Potential Magnitude of a Item is Massive.
I would agree ONE thing ONLY a Lawyer who fears the Possible opposition would turn down the chance, or Fear the Cash flow the other side has.
The issue a Lawyer working on representation to obtain Verification of the hand writing and Age of Document's is SO SIMPLE a First Year Legal Student could Do the Job or a Legal Assistant. There is NO objection to the Process Just Legal representation to formulize NDA between the Parties Due to the sensibility of the Information.
The Legal representation who is retained Jumped at the Job once it was explained the Document's and said anyone who Turn's down a Opportunity like this would have never been a win win situation especially if the NEW AGE KFC gets involved down the road. I advised the Acting Council that Bridge gets crossed later it's ONLY a Operation to get the Document's verified, end of stage 1.
It would be a unstable person who Never got legal representation to NOT protect the Document's and have proper Contracts for the verification and Protecting the Document's that's a Legal Process.
The unstable person would be the person who turned down the opportunity to act on a simple process and then Complain about NOT getting information that would have had to be made present to legal council, and He would have saw the documents, for years complain to MANY members about NOT having proof then the Proof being handed on a Silver Platter and turning down the chance. that's the definition of UNSTABLE.
