Maybe the Moderator and Administrator Can Define and Post what the Private Messaging Board can be used for.
Even when one would think that The simple aspect of a Private Board is available One would think it's use is for Private Messages between two People who respect privacy, and want to exchange person information which is NOT for Public Viewing at that time.
In Other arena's of Social Media which have Private Messaging Typically the Area is forbidden from Doing Illegal or Elicit Communication which would be Deemed Illegal, or threatening others or disrespectful manners, or asking for Money.
When you go to the search area NO information comes up for the use of Private messaging ?
PLEASE DEFINE WHAT THE PRIVATE MESSAGING CAN BE USED FOR.

All new private messaging has been shut off. Only legacy PM's at can at this juncture be continued (as in added to).
Wherein: Legacy = PM's that existed before new PM's were banned.

As I understand this there is no moderation for PM's. Therefore no one at the administrator or moderator level is spying on PM's, as would be required whereby to identify and punish those soliciting money (for example). Such spying would violate the essence of PM's. And it would require that the admin or moderator read every PM that is created or added to.
Also as I understand this, Dutch Guy agreed with my relatively recent request to terminate PM's completely due to threats that recipe secrets would only be revealed in private, whereas the reason for this forum is to discuss all aspects of the recipe in public.
The problem is that 'Proboards' (the designer and maintainer of these forums) only has in place (so far) a means whereby to shut down all "new" private messaging. Legacy PM's will (for now at least) therefore continue to function as normal.

I Agree there should be NO Back Door Capability with the Administrator or Moderator NOT having the ability to View PM messaging.
The Private messaging is a Part of Forums, as for How and What a Person Male or Female either wanting to ONLY Share the information in Private is NO different then Glen from Glen and friends having a You Tube channel and sharing ONLY what He wants to share through the Video Editing? it's subjective release of information BY the editing.
When Glen released the Video which has almost 1.9 Million Viewing NOW, and Grace's Perfect Blend riding the Coat Tails with USA Distribution and NO Canadian Distribution of Grace's perfect Blend. When Glen released the Video there Was the Recipe shown that He had access to with the Exact amount posted from the 1980's which Glen deleted that People posted ?
So if We are living in a Communist Posting on You Tube or KFC Forum that we are Forced to ONLY follow Guidelines THAT we MUST ONLY POST ORIGINAL FACT BASED ITEMS then WHY complain when a Person spends $1100.00 for a verification of hand writing cost By 1 professional, for a Hand Written Copy of a Chicken Recipe wrote BY C.H.S. ?
Everyone seems to want to complain that ONE must PROVIDE PROOF that the Hand Written Recipe is Legit. It's whereby would ONLY be legit if a Hand Writing group Of experts Do the Analyzing of the Hand Writing to Verify Like a Court of law of a Expert witness, Same would apply.
So when I have looked at the issue that Tommy and cherry had "They attempting to verify the Recipe BY CONTACTING K.F.C. NEW AGE CORPORATION" who immediately Obtained court orders to turn over the Recipe. Which they did. NOW K.F.C. NEW AGE can make any allegation they want as the Plaintiff in a Civil litigation for Protection of Intellectual Property. The defendant is ONLY a defendant NOW. Until the Plaintiff either drops the action or is Done with the Claim in Court.
Marion kay Bill S. Had NO issue with K.F.C. NEW AGE until a Franchise Owner or Owners who were franchised to NEW AGE K.F.C. requested if they could Use Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning. NOW we have Franchise infringement issues against NEW AGE and the franchises. Which they already Told Marion kay 10 Years previous HE COULD NOT SELL TO THE NEW AGE K.F.C. NEW AGE Franchises.
So NOW become the reason WHY the AGE of a Recipe Becomes imperative K.F.C. NEW AGE HAS NO RIGHTS OR PRIVALEGE to anything Pre Brown and Massey Purchase of K.F.C. from C.H.S. or ANYTHING C.H.S. would have Gave Canadian associated in Canada which were Under The Contract of the Sale to Brown and Massey which EXCLUDED Canada, Utah, Florida, Montana, and UK.
So with ALL the Babbling and Crying to disclose ONLY provable information How can this be Done if a Person First does NOT establish the validity to the hand Writing and The Year of the Document's ?
Which then comes back to what the USE of a Forum which is ONLY governed within a Legal Area where the Internet Sources is structured and maintained for the Laws governing the operation and laws of Constitution, Charter of Rights, and Freedom of Speech.
To make things simple.
People just need to get back to cooking Fried chicken and posting the success and failure simple as it may be.
Like DT stated if you Do Not like what others post let's just be polite. OR send the Person a Message in Private and tell them You Do Not like the POSTING.
I guess until the Moderator or Administrator Define a Use Policy for the Communist Chicken Recipe Forum or Open Forum everyone plays nice or watches Grass grow or Paint dry or listen to crickets.
I will just go back to Getting the Facts verified spending my own hard earned money the way I choose, so that The Fact's are fact's

I actually believe that the admin and moderator can read all PM's if that is their desire. I simply believe that they have integrity and as such, the reading PM's is not their desire.
I do wish that Proboards had created (or will create) a means for the admin to shut down all PM's.

Heck, I'm an amateur hand writing analyzer. Been doing it for years. Give me a sample of CHS's writing, and the recipe, and I'll tell you if they are from the same person.

Forum members are not "complaining, babbling and crying." The claimant is. Forum members are simply responding to claims that have been made numerous times. If confronted with doubts or a demand of evidence, the claimant complains, babbles and cries. Solution: Don't make claims and brag about things you cannot or don't want to back up.

"I have been asked many times in private by many people as to XXXXXX"
Whereby this leads directly into a public rant.
The likelihood of many people asking in private having been squashed by the elimination of new PM's aside....

The repetitive "stories" is the reason I did the onion experiment. And look what reaction that got. Then later, a new thread was created and the "stories" ended up as part of it.
Can't help themselves.
What would be the sole purpose of revealing an a forum of amateur KFC sleuths. That you have the holy grail. A handwritten verified CHS recipe you know is the real OG OR. Then make every excuse why you can't share the contents (carbon dating or whatever). Or at minimum reveal something important that folks are "missing". Unless you plan on teasing folks and lour them down the road. Or, you plan on trying to sell it to the highest bidder.
I also noticed over time a pull towards getting recipes from us. Then sharing theirs. Which contradicts having a verified recipe.
