If KFC originally contained Paprika, my educated guess would be a Hungarian Paprika variety (or blend) at about 4,500 Scoville.
200 grams Flour (scaled to) 3 grams Black Pepper @ ~ 7,500 Scoville Equivalent 3 grams White Pepper @ ~ 7,500 Scoville Equivalent 3 grams Hungarian Paprika @ ~4,500 Scoville
6 grams × 7,500 + 3 grams × 4,500 = 58,500 Scoville equivalent
In Hungary there are 8 officially recognized varieties of Paprika, each with different flavors and heat levels. The Scoville heat level of these Peppers ranges from about 100 to 10,000. 1) Különleges, 2) Édesnemes, 3) Csípősmentes Csemege, 4) Csemegepaprika, 5) Csípős Csemege, 6) Rózsa, 7) Félédes, and 8) Erős.
Különleges is the mildest in flavor, and has a very sweet taste and a bright red color while Erős is the hottest version and has a light brown to orange color.
Most of the common Paprika sold in North America is Édesnemes.
My guess is that Félédes will come in at the closest match to ~ 4,500 Scoville. Erős is the ~10,000 Scoville variety.

For a blend:
2.85 grams of (most common to North America as Paprika) Édesnemes Paprika @ ~100 Scoville plus 0.15 grams of Cayenne @ ~30,000 Scoville = ~4,785 Scoville
~100 × 2.85 + ~30,000 × 0.15 = ~4,785 Scoville
2.85 grams + 0.15 grams = 3 grams

If CHS was using what would have been most commonly and readily available to him, he may most likely have blended mild, common/ordinary off the shelf 'Sweet' Paprika and Cayenne.
