I wonder if Ginger was originally 4 Oz. when scaled to 25 Lbs. of Flour, and CHS mentioned 4 Oz., plus he mentioned (while cursing, no doubt) weak corporate Ginger, plus he instructed a franchise manager of a need to boost the weak or inferior corporate Ginger to the equivalent of 4 Oz. of good Ginger?
Then many years later when the franchise manager was being interviewed for what was to be an upcoming book the franchise manager only vaguely remembered something significant about 4 Oz. of Ginger, and/or the books author got it wrong during the interview, after having heard it correctly... ?
Also, for dialogues sake, most of what is read as literally quoted as factual material conversation within history books and movies is merely speculatively fabricated dialog. For example, who knows what a purported Jesus might have said or not said to Caiaphas or Pilate during his interrogations? The purported story tellers (who wrote many decades later) were not there, and there were assuredly zero eye witnesses supportive of Jesus present behind closed doors in such private chambers.
