Yesterday We Tried a Different Appetizer
Cooked Mac & Cheese which we infused with KFC Seasoning and served Piping Hot in Large Bowls for Customers to Share.
I Personally think Mac & Cheese is not a item I would TYPICALLY ever order as a Appetizer BUT we had a Ton of Cheese and Macaroni that we Needed to Use so we made a App Special.
While Making and testing the Food Creation, I Personally ATE more then 500grams of the Mac & Cheese KFC Seasoned, which would have been the equivalent of Eating more then 2 Boxes of ANY Boxed Mac and Cheese Boxes on any shelve sold for Home Preparation it was SO ADDITIVE the Two other Cooks also Ate equivalent amounts.
We had intentions of freeing some Mac and Cheese to Flour and Deep Fry Today ?
WE have ZERO NONE left over to Freeze. People Ordered 2 and 3 Appetizers of the Seasoned Mac & Cheese Creation for the tables they were at with the Wings they were Ordering.
We served over 75Lbs of Mac and Cheese KFC Seasoning Flavored which May NOT seem like Lots of Mac and Cheese BUT its 3 Large Buffet Steam Trays Full.
Our plan is to make Deep Fried Flour Dusted Mac and Cheese for the Next Las Vegas Golden Knights and Dallas Game served with a Grille KFC Season Chicken NOT a Deep Fried Chicken.
Yes the Mac and Cheese Seasoned Creation was a Pepper Sage type of Flavor BUT it also Boosted The Beer Sales to wash the Appetizer Addiction down.
