@deepfriednew, you do realize that 75% of that is salt.
75% of 45 grams = 33.75 grams of Salt.

Glen posted Dustin's recipe twice. Once without MSG, and once with MSG. He cooked it both ways on the show also, but on different episodes.

Yes Glen posted or made 2 videos with the recipe and one MSG.
I guess Brain Dead Ken aka Dustin changed the recipe to MIX both all the Spice and Herbs together
The recipe I have from Dustin aka Ken is ONLY the spice added to the Flour and salt separate.
I have made Dustin recipe which was obtained from Dustin aka Ken personally and was told mix the spice in the flour
