Multiply everything above by 0.4 and change 'grams' to 'ounces' for a full scale-up to a 25 Lbs. of flour Lug. Compliance is to a 40 ounce bag.

Or might this Coriander free version (in keeping with deepfriednew101 's insistence that Coriander came along later) be the final answer? 200. grams Cake Flour 30.0 grams Salt 5.00 grams MSG -------------------------------- 4.00 grams Black Pepper [1] 4.00 grams White Pepper [2] 2.60 grams Basil [3] 2.60 grams Yellow Mustard Seed [4] 2.00 grams Ginger [5] 2.00 grams Sage [6] 1.00 grams Allspice [7] 0.80 grams Cayenne Pepper [8] 0.50 grams Anise Seed [9] 0.25 grams Thyme [10] 0.25 grams Marjoram [11] 20 grams below the line. Multiply everything by 5 to scale to Winston Shelton.

I will continually maintain this position that Coriander was Not in Spice or Herb Tins or listed On the Companies sales items in the in 1930 1940 ERA.
It may have been as a add into some spice blends BUT it was NOT a individual item on Grocery stores and sure was NOT in many Households as far as research can show also when we contacted the Trade commissions for list of Coriander imported in the Years it was so Low it was not even shown in some years
It was Definitely a Item that sold after the 1950's even to the Point We research it as the item for the 2 Handful Cumberland Lake story? BUT it got OUT Proven with M.S.G being the 2 Handful ingredient.
