Just made the flour (plain flour, little cornstarch, salt, black & white pepper) I didn't use "11 herbs & Spices".  |

[1] I use gloves [2] Put the chicken in the flour... [3] ...bread them well [4] Shake off the excess flour [5] Put them in the fryer's basket... [6] ...and fry    |
